            while our site is being rebuilt.
          

          
            PillSwift started as a medicine delivery company in India, and grew into a broader
            suite of solutions around pharmacy distribution and procurement.
          

          
            We went to market with our Phase 1 launch and built an MVP we genuinely believed in.
            But the results weren't promising. Our B2B customers didn't respond the way we'd
            hoped, and on the consumer side, our supply chain broke down — making it hard to
            serve B2C users reliably. That told us we needed to step back, not push harder.
          

          
            PillSwift is now changing leadership and pivoting back. What began as a two-founder
            venture is now solely under my direction — I'm running the company on my own and
            rethinking the path forward from here. We're restructuring, and this website will
            be live again soon.
          

          
            For the record: this domain and the name PillSwift belong to me —
            Adarsh Kumar Tiwari, founder and CEO of PillSwift, based in India.
